A new comedy from Star Cinema on their 20th year. Bride For Rent stars Xian Lim, Kim Chiu and Pilita Cruz and directed by Mae Cruz. Kim, Xian, and Ms. Pilita and Diretor Mae shares their fun in shooting this movie. Bride For is about a young man played by Xian who is looking for a pretend wife to be assured of inheritance from his grandmother and Kim helps out to achieve the goal as his wife.
Director Mae shares that she likes to inspire people that relationships can still last forever and hopefully this movie can help do that. Xian, Kim and Ms. Pilita also shared their thoughts about the matter. Kim shares that she can do comedy. Mae mentions this movie won't be enough without Xian and Kim. Even though there is a story, the punchlines were input by Kim and Xian. Mae and Writer Carmi had trouble selecting the right take because most are good and funny.
