Indonesia's task force is struggling to escape a place of terror from a sadistic crime lord. The story is simple that even if it's in the original language, you are probably entertained by its fight scenes. Be aware that the movie can also be graphic. As for the fight scenes, it demonstrates Indonesia's martial arts, Silat. What it lacks in story telling was mended by the action stunts. The movie is dubbed in English by Indonesian actors based on their action so it was not far from what the actors' speaking lines but I am wondering if I can watch this in original language with subtitles just to see how the actors spoke their lines when acting. The Raid is now showing exclusively in SM Cinemas.
