Sean Penn is one of the actors that knows which movie project he wants to do and got awarded in some of these movies he did. Here is my list why you should see The Gunman.
1. It is Sean Penn's first action movie. He even look tough and buffed in this movie.
2. The action sequences isn't like I often see in Hollywood. The movie was done more like an independent production or European influence.
3. Africa is a good location for the story.
4. Most of the cast are new to me.
7. There is substance in the story.
8. The blood and gore are not exaggerated.
9. Sean Penn's character is not the heroic type. He is an anti-hero.
