Nolan (Interstellar, Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy) directs Dunkirk from his own original screenplay, utilizing a mixture of IMAX® and 65mm film to bring the story to the screen.

Dunkirk opens as hundreds of thousands of British and Allied troops are surrounded by enemy forces. Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea they face an impossible situation as the enemy closes in.

Dunkirk features a prestigious cast, including Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh and Cillian Murphy as well as newcomer Fionn Whitehead. The ensemble cast also includes Aneurin Barnard, Harry Styles, James D’Arcy, Jack Lowden, Barry Keoghan and Tom Glynn-Carney.

Warner Bros. Pictures is distributing Dunkirk worldwide and has slated the film for a July 20, 2017 release in the Philippines.

“BLACK MASS” MAIN TRAILER

The main poster and new trailer of Warner Bros.' new gangster thriller “Black Mass” starring Johnny Depp have just been launched by the studio.

The film is based on the book Black Mass: The True Story of an Unholy Alliance Between the FBI and the Irish Mob, about the infamous gangster Whitey Bulger. The film stars Oscar® nominee Johnny Depp as Whitey Bulger and Joel Edgerton (“The Great Gatsby”) as FBI Agent John Connolly. The film is directed by of Scott Cooper (“Crazy Heart”).

In 1970s South Boston, FBI Agent John Connolly (Edgerton) persuades Irish mobster James “Whitey” Bulger (Depp) to collaborate with the FBI and eliminate a common enemy: the Italian mob. The drama tells the true story of this unholy alliance, which spiraled out of control, allowing Whitey to evade law enforcement, consolidate power, and become one of the most ruthless and powerful gangsters in Boston history.

“Black Mass” also stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Whitey’s brother, Billy Bulger, who is a Massachusetts State Senator; Jesse Plemons as Whitey’s longtime partner in crime, Kevin Weeks; Dakota Johnson as Lindsey Cyr, Whitey’s former girlfriend and mother of his only child; Rory Cochrane as Steve Flemmi, another member of the Irish mob; Julianne Nicholson as John Connolly’s wife, Marianne; and Adam Scott as FBI Agent Robert Fitzpatrick.

“THE JUDGE” UNVEILS MAIN TRAILER

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures have just unveiled the main trailer of their upcoming inspiring drama.

Directed by David Dobkin (“Wedding Crashers”), “The Judge” stars Robert Downey, Jr. as big city lawyer Hank Palmer, who returns to his childhood home where his estranged father, the town’s judge (Robert Duvall), is suspected of murder. He sets out to discover the truth and along the way reconnects with the family he walked away from years before.

Starring alongside Downey, Duvall are Vera Farmiga, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jeremy Strong, Dax Shephard, and Oscar® winner Billy Bob Thornton. The film also stars Oscar® winner Melissa Leo, Leighton Meester, Ken Howard, Emma Tremblay, Balthazar Getty, David Krumholtz, Sarah Lancaster, Grace Zabriskie and Denis O’Hare.
